Such understanding is ellaborated with academi c policy into employment areas, such as trade, economic development, tourism, foreign affairs, educa- tion, migration, human rights and environmental protection. A number of Indonesian diplomats led by Vice Minister of Foreign Affair, A. M. Fachir, attended the production of animated films and watched the Indonesian animated film, entitled “Battle of Surabaya”, as one of the assets of public diplomacy.
